Causes that drove the Vikings from their sign were everywhere population, informal dissention (to disagree), and the quest for trade. Their culture included an elaborate society as well as mythology. Vikings not only plundered (to steal), merely they explored disc everyplaceing places like Iceland, Greenland and Newfoundland. While they initially left their mark on the places they conquered, they were highly skilled at assimilation and often were firmly influenced by the regions that they copied. in their land Viking society had 3 levels- masters, freemen, and slaves. The n obleman class was do up of local chieftains (leader) ruled over small areas of land.
Over time chieftains became kings, and queens of larger regions as smaller areas combined, or were conquered until Sweden, Denmark and Norway each had their own king. The freemen class was do up of landowners, farmers, craftsmen, warriors, and traders. The slave class simply consisted of foreign captives. Viking women were neatly respected in their culture, they ran the households, and farms while men were away. They chose who they wanted to marry, and break if they wanted to.
