This claim includes young children as lamp chimney sweepers working for money and sicknesss wondering around the city. Blake states the venereal disease strikes newborn infants who are born into the world septic because of their evokes selects. Also, everyone he meets he sees a weakness as he states, And mark in every construction I meet (line3), marks of weakness, marks of woe (line4). Blake uses indwelling private experience and evidence in dramatic stage setting to asseverate his audience the state of the city. He shows several instances, such as The mind-forgd manacles I hear (line8), to tell the ratifier what he has mortalally experienced these events. Also, in every Infants cry of fear (line 6) Blake endures dramatic context placing a dark setting to the poem. Blake lists how chimney sweepers go through and how dangerous it is for them for their future, How the up lower Harlots curse (line 14). On the other hand, he mentions soldiers struggling pain with their families And the hapless Soldiers suspire (line11), and thinking that they cant do anything about it.

The central warrant of this poem is that anything can be preventable and controlled. The mortal that is in charge of the city should do something about the postal service instead of causing harm. On one of his examples was that the parents had the choice to form their child with an infected disease.
